This season, we’re excited to highlight ODE and Laori, both Berlin-based and featured in our spritz versions for a light and refreshing taste, perfect for those seeking alcohol-free options. Additionally, our cocktail lineup is graced by the Cardamom Cooler, a harmonious blend of cardamom and mint, not only for their health properties but also as perfect, refreshing ingredients for the summer.
Among our culinary highlights, Chef Ronja skillfully prepares dishes that celebrate the freshest, most vibrant ingredients available. Among these seasonal delights, our Pea Tartare is a true standout. This dish, with its bright combination of Grapefruit, Sesame Seeds, and Pea Sprouts, epitomizes our dedication to bringing the season’s bounty to your plate in the most delicious way possible.
