Team Day: Connection & Collaboration the Cookies Way!
We kicked off the season with a full-day team workshop at Zenner—led by our coach Julia (and guest appearance by Murphy 🐾)—to take a breath, reflect on how we work together, and set the tone for the year ahead.
Through a mix of personal reflection, playful exercises, and team challenges, we explored what matters most to us as a team—from values like appreciation, quality, and collaboration, to understanding each other’s roles and expectations. Management also introduced our 8 official company values, which will guide how we grow and work together in 2025.
There were moments of insight, plenty of laughter (yes, even role play), and the kind of energy that reminds us why we love what we do. We wrapped up with action points, fresh ideas, and, of course, the classic “Und-Tschüss-Rakete.”
