Meet Amat – One of the Minds Behind the Magic
Leading the crew is our superstar bar manager, Amat Toussaint. Equal parts precision and creativity, Amat is known for crafting drinks that surprise without shouting. She’s the type who’ll make you something you’ve never heard of — and you’ll order three more.
This month, she’s sharing one of her seasonal favourites: a drink that captures the shift from spring into summer with herbal warmth, bright citrus, and a hint of sweetness.

Velvet Visegrád – A Cocktail with Quiet Drama
Herbaceous, fresh, and full of subtle flair, Velvet Visegrád blends Central European classics with a modern touch. At its heart:
- Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka – light, grassy, with vanilla notes
- Becherovka – rich with clove, cinnamon and citrus botanicals
Shaken with lime juice, vanilla syrup, and bitters, it’s finished with a cherry and lemon wheel that swirl through the glass as you stir.
VELVET VISEGRÁD
SHAKEN & STIRRED
- 30ml Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka
- 20ml Becherovka
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Vanilla Syrup
- 5 drops Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Lemon Wheel & Luxardo Cherry
Tip: Serve in a tall glass filled with ice. Let the Luxardo cherry drop to the bottom, garnish with a lemon wheel, and give the drink a gentle stir — then watch the colour subtly shift.
