Berlin Art Week is here, and the city is buzzing with openings, performances, and late-night conversations that spill over into bars, kitchens, and dancefloors. Between the exhibitions and after-parties, there’s one thing we know: good art deserves good food and drinks. We’ve rounded up some of our favorite galleries and art spaces near Crackers and Cookies Cream - plus a few spots we love for coffee, cocktails, and bites along the way.
JULIA STOSCHEK FOUNDATION
Housed in a former factory space, Julia Stoschek Foundation is all about time-based media art. Think video, installations, and works that pull you right into their rhythm. And here’s a bonus: our Cookies Bar Crew will be running the bar for the opening night. So come for the art, stay for the cocktails. Plus, it’s a stone’s throw from Cookies Cream, making it a perfect start to your art crawl.
BOROS COLLECTION
Boros has turned a WWII bunker into one of the city’s most iconic private collections. The guided tours are intimate, the art is powerful, and when you step out, Crackers and Cookies Cream are only a short walk away for a cocktail and a reset.
ESTHER SCHIPPER
This gallery has been shaping Berlin’s contemporary art scene since the 90s, showing some of the most exciting conceptual and performance-driven artists today. Pair it with a pre or post-exhibition dinner at Cookies Cream or Crackers and you’re set.
EIGEN + ART LAB
Focused on younger, emerging artists, Eigen + Art Lab brings fresh perspectives and bold energy to Berlin’s gallery scene. Always a good place to discover what’s next.
DARK MATTER
It’s not exactly around the corner, but we work with them often – and it’s worth the trip. This immersive light and sound installation is a different kind of gallery experience altogether. Think rave, but with lasers and emotions.

NEUE NATIONALGALERIE
A Mies van der Rohe masterpiece in itself, the Neue Nationalgalerie is a pilgrimage site for modern art lovers. Stroll through the collection, then glide into Mitte for dinner with us.
AFF GALERIE
Over in Friedrichshain, AFF Galerie is showing Keep Your Eyes Peeled X during Art Week. We’re extra proud that Leonardo Flores Parés, one of our own waiters at Cookies Cream, will be exhibiting his work there. Go see the show and cheer him on!
OTHER BERLIN ART WEEK HIGHLIGHTS
This year’s Berlin Art Week program is sprawling, and that’s exactly the fun of it. Keep an eye out for events in Mitte like KW Institute for Contemporary Art, Schinkel Pavillion, and Galerie Barbara Thumm. Chances are, if you’re near one of them, you’re also near Crackers or Cookies Cream.
WHERE TO RECHARGE: FOOD & DRINKS EDITION
Art is better when you fuel it right. A few of our favorite neighbours:
Pinci – An aperitivo that feels like Rome landed in Berlin. Order a spritz, stay longer than you planned.
Château Royal – Hotel, bar, rooftop, and general hotspot for the art crowd. A post-opening drink here is a classic.
Nobelhart & Schmutzig – Michelin dining at its boldest. If you’re in the mood for something uncompromisingly Berlin.
Halo Bagels – Sometimes the only answer between openings is a bagel. Trust us.
Sofi Bakery – For coffee and seriously good sourdough, Sofi is the stylish go-to. Fuel up in the morning before a long day of gallery hopping. Or try one of their delicious focaccias for lunch.

Berlin Art Week is one of the city’s best reminders that creativity doesn’t stop at the gallery doors. Whether it’s vegetarian fine dining at Cookies Cream, dinner and cocktails at Crackers, or a full production with Cookies Events & Catering, we’re here for the art crowd – on the plate, in the glass, and at the after-party.
