From Munich to Kraftwerk, Berlinale to Studio C—Q1 kept us on our toes (and very well caffeinated).
The year kicked off strong as our Cookies Events Crew headed south to Munich, where we took over the legendary Hotel Bayerischer Hof for the Munich Security Conference. Over the course of one high-intensity week, we transformed a suite into a live broadcasting studio for YouTube, hosting global political conversations and media moments streamed across the world. On top of that, we produced eight (!) more events in collaboration with Google, keeping the energy high and the schedule tight.
Set design was in the expert hands of our friends at Lobeko, while the caffeine came courtesy of our new Munich partner em-presso, serving up Japanese-style drip coffee that kept every guest, journalist, and tech crew alert and inspired. For snacks? We partnered with Koro to keep it clean, healthy, and on-brand.

Back in Berlin, the Cookies Bar Crew returned to the Berlinale Closing Party, once again hosted at Crackers. From red carpets to the last dancefloor moment, our team delivered signature drinks and impeccable service to wrap up Germany’s biggest film festival in true Cookies fashion.
And just when we thought we could breathe—boom—we were at Kraftwerk, opening the doors for the latest LAS Art Foundation exhibition: “We Felt A Star Dying” by Laure Prouvost. We welcomed 1,500 guests on the night of the public opening, setting the tone for what’s sure to be one of Berlin’s most talked-about exhibitions of the year.
